digital scrap booking

Hi Jack,
I found your tutorials on You Tube and I am so appreciative that you have taken the time to make those available!

I purchased Photo Shop Elements 6 hoping that I can use it for digital scrap booking. My question is, will I be able to create scrap book pages and then email them out to family members without them having to have a special program to view the pages?

Yes you want to save them as pdf files. THis way anyone with the FREE reader can enjoy all your hard work.
