hi jack i just wanna ask you if the adobe photo shop element 7 can do like the picture i upload at the top. im just noob in editing pictures i watch a lot of your videos in youtube i learn many things how to using the adobe element 7 thanks U 4 the tutorials vid. and i wonder if the element 7 can make same thing like in the picture i upload
