I see the only question in the area was never really answered. It has been a year so.... I, the the fist person am new to the world of Mac and to Elements. The question was about uploading pictures and the response was to where. The frustrateing thing about getting something new is those peolpe that are structing (God love them) forget that we may know nothing at all. I had similar problem trying to work on a photo and not being able to get a photo in to Elements to start with. I found the tutorial on how to do this in Mac so I am greatful. Maybe a group of "in the beginning" tutorials. Thanks

I am sorry that a question was overlooked. That would be a great idea of a beginners group? IPhoto and Elements is really easy. You just have to go into Options and set the external editor so that it is Photoshop Elements.

Hope this helps.
