Mouse set up for Elements 6

Mouse set up for Elements 6

Postby blueheron11 on Sat May 09, 2009 4:33 am

Dear Jack,
I just viewed your Elements 6 Mac video and it was great. I set up the preferences as you showed in the video. But I am having a problem.
I am a newbie with Elements 6, and when I select a picture in iPhoto a menu should appear with the choice of external editor when I right click. This is not what I get. What should the right click setting be? I have a Mighty Mouse and my iMac just had it's first birthday. Could you tell me how your mouse is set up? My R - button is primary, my L - button is primary. The scroll ball is off, and the drop down menu has Open Photoshop Elements selected. I am stuck!

Thanks for your help,

Change the secondary mouse button to secondary or Right click. You can also hold down the command button on the keyboard and then click.

Hope this helps.
