Hey! Jack,
Why is it that when I get ready to choose a gradient color it appears black and white instead of the color that was chosen. I was practicing add Gradient to text...it worked the first time I did it by grouping the gradient layer with the text layer in pse7....however it stop. I see different colors in the gradient to choose from but when I click on it and draw a line thru the text it's black/white. Help please

The only thing I can think of is make sure your background layer is set to WHITE. If it is set to transparent then you will get the black and white you are talking about.
