veiwing images while editing......pleae help

Postby shirschb2 on Mon Jul 27, 2009 11:52 am

I was just wondering if someone can try to explain something to me (this also might make a pretty good show as well)

Here it goes........when working in Elements what is the proper way to edit you photos as far as viewing percentage ???

I typically set it to 50% but sometimes see the "jaggies" on the edges not always...however when I go to 75-100% they look like crap what is is "best' to do this without having to worry about much ???

By the way I am using (2) Dell 24" wide monitors that are calibrated using Gregtag's Eye One .

Thanks in advance....Stu

Mega Pixels

This is really based on the mega pixels of your camera. When ever we enlarge the picture so that we can see the detail sometimes it may look a little bad or pix elated. That is why after I am done doing my edits I simply take the picture back to view full screen. Hope this helps. By the way nice monitor setup!
