I have over 12000 pictures and I need to sort them out. I have them on a external hard drive and cannot bring them into my computer because of the size. How can I keep them in the external hard drive and view them in photoshop? I also need to save all photos on the external drive.
Any help would be appreciated!

Move your catalog

This is done by looking at where your catalog is. I would say to move it to your external drive and then when you save pictures save them to the external drive also.
