PSE 6 or PSE 7

PSE 6 or PSE 7

I'm shopping for Photoshop Elements and have seen reviews saying PSE 7 has some problems with Vista and isn't much different than PSE 6. I do have Vista and am wondering if I should purchase version 6 or 7. Thanks for any input.
